What You Get

Taking part in Lugton’s Round the Bridges should be accessible to everyone. We endeavour to keep our entry fees as low as possible whilst ensuring that we are still able to deliver the best possible participant experience for you.

Your entry fee includes:

  • A chest bib, timing chip & official results
  • On-course and post-event entertainment
  • A finisher’s medal
  • Access to the Recovery Zone
  • Post-event refreshments
  • Eligibility for a range of awesome spot prizes
  • A downloadable certificate

Don’t forget to collect your racing bib at one of Bib Collection Sessions before your race. There are plenty of options so pick the session that works for you!

Team & Group Entry

The Lugton’s Round the Bridges Spark Corporate Challenge provides a chance for colleagues to come together by entering a team that represents the workplace.

Casual teams are a great way to get friends and family involved in Lugton’s Round the Bridges. To create a team, simply select “Create a Group” when entering.

School participation is a major element of Lugton’s Round the Bridges, with over 700 local children choosing to take part in the Grassroots Trust Kids Challenge each year.

Refunds & Transfers

Your entry can be transferred to someone else, subject to a $5.00 Transfer Fee. No refunds or transfers will be granted after 11.59pm, Friday 15 October 2021 – no exceptions.

Entries can only be refunded if notice is received via email before this deadline. Written notice must include a medical reason why you are unable to participate and should be emailed to [email protected].

If the decision is made to cancel Lugton’s Round the Bridges 2021 due to COVID-19, or if you are unable to attend the event due to government enforced restrictions, we will be issuing refunds for the event, excluding the booking and service fees.
