This year, we’re making it even easier for you to collect your race number before race day. Check below to see which session works for you!
Registration is also available at any of the following Bib Collection Sessions with cash or Eftpos options for payment (no credit cards).
During Business Hours
When: Monday 11th, Tuesday 12th, Wednesday 13th, Thursday 14th & Friday 15th November 2024
Location: Ticketek Window at GLOBOX Arena, Heaphy Terrace. Parking is in Gate 1 on Heaphy Terrace
Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Late Night
When: Wednesday 13th November 2024
Location: Ticketek Window at GLOBOX Arena, Heaphy Terrace. Parking is in Gate 1 on Heaphy Terrace
Time: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Weekend
When: Saturday 16th November 2024, 10:00am – 2:00pm
& Sunday 17th November 2024, 7:30am – 9:30am

Early Bib Collection, back by popular demand!
Get in early and avoid the weekend queues! Come and see us in the week leading up to the race to collect your race number, including late night Wednesday if you can’t make it during business hours. Don’t forget to bring your E-ticket! Please be aware there will be no collection of event merchandise available during the week. Pre-ordered merchandise must be picked up during the Bib Collection session at Hamilton City Library, Garden Place on Saturday 16th or Sunday 17th November.
Please bring your Race Entry Confirmation and Photo ID.
Event weekend Bib Collection in the City Centre location is Hamilton City Library, in Garden Place. There is no designated parking available, but plenty of parking is available throughout Hamilton City Centre and the CBD.
All pre-purchased merchandise must be collected on Saturday 16th November 10am-2pm, or Sunday 17th November 7:30am – 9:30am from the Thermatech site situated at bib collection in the Hamilton City Library, Garden Place. There will be no merchandise for sale on the day.
Team Bib Collection
The team captain can come and collect bibs for their entire team, however they must bring Race Entry Confirmation, and Photo ID must be shown for each Registered Participant that Bibs are collected for.
We can deliver race numbers to teams with 10+ members within the Hamilton City limits to a business address only. To take advantage of this service we will confirm closer to the time a date in which all team entries must be paid for. Any team member payments or entries received outside of the confirmed date will need to pick up their race number at one of our pre-event bib collection locations.
