Bib Collection Sessions

This year, we’re making it even easier for you to collect your race number before race day. Check below to see which session works for you!
All you need is to bring your e-ticket with you (either printed or on your phone) which was sent as part of your entry confirmation. Bib Collection is compulsory for all entrants.

During Business Hours

When: Monday 9th, Tuesday 10th, Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th & Friday 13th November 2020
Location: Classic Events Office, within the Ruakura Research Centre (click here for map).
Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Late Night Wednesday

When: Wednesday 11th November 2020
Location: Classic Events Office, within the Ruakura Research Centre (click here for map).
Time: 9:00am – 7:00pm

Weekend

When: Saturday 14th November 2020, 10:00am – 2:00pm
& Sunday 15th November 2020, 7:30am – 9:30am
Location: Hamilton City Council, Civic Square, Hamilton CBD.


Early Bib Collection, back by popular demand!

Get in early and avoid the weekend queues! Come and see us in the week leading up to the race to collect your race number and timing chip, including late night Wednesday if you can’t make it during business hours. Don’t forget to bring your E-ticket! Please be aware there will be no collection of event merchandise available during the week. Pre-ordered merchandise must be picked up during the Bib Collection sessions at Hamilton City Council on Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th November.

Event weekend Bib Collection takes place within the Hamilton City Council building in Civic Square, Garden Place, Hamilton City Centre. There is no designated parking available, but plenty of parking is available throughout Hamilton City Centre and the CBD.

All pre-purchased merchandise must be collected on Saturday 14th November 10:00am – 2:00pm or Sunday 15th November 7:30am – 9:30am from the Thermatech site situated at bib collection.
