Bib Collection Sessions

This year, we’re making it even easier for you to collect your race number before race day. Check below to see which session works for you!

Registration is also available at any of the following Bib Collection Sessions with cash or Eftpos options for payment (no credit cards).

During Business Hours

When: Tuesday 8th, Wednesday 9th, Thursday 10th & Friday 11th February 2022
Location: Classic Events Office, within the Ruakura Research Centre (click here for map).
Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Late Night’s

When: Tuesday 8th and Thursday 10th February 2022
Location: Classic Events Office, within the Ruakura Research Centre (click here for map).
Time: 9:00am – 7:00pm

Weekend

When: Saturday 12th February 2022, 9:00am – 2:00pm
& Sunday 13th February 2022, 7:30am – 9:30am
Location: Hamilton City Library, Garden Place


Early Bib Collection, back by popular demand!

Get in early and avoid the weekend queues! Come and see us in the week leading up to the race to collect your race number, including late night’s Tuesday and Thursday if you can’t make it during business hours. Don’t forget to bring your E-ticket! Please be aware there will be no collection of event merchandise available during the week. Pre-ordered merchandise must be picked up during the Bib Collection session at Hamilton City Library, Garden Place on Saturday 12th or Sunday 13th February.

Please bring your Race Entry Confirmation, Photo ID, and if over 12 years & 3 months a copy of your ‘My Vaccine Pass’ (not the purple vaccination card) ready for us to scan.

  • Please note, a 1m Distance between other groups is recommended at both Bib Collection and Garden Place on Race Day where possible.
  • Please scan in on arrival to any Bib Collection site, and Garden Place on race day. 
  • A Mask is to be worn at all Bib Collection sites and recommended Race Day
  • Please stay home if you are unwell.

Event weekend Bib Collection in the City Centre location is Hamilton City Library, in Garden Place. There is no designated parking available, but plenty of parking is available throughout Hamilton City Centre and the CBD.

All pre-purchased merchandise must be collected on Saturday 12th February 10am-2pm, or Sunday 13th February 7:30am – 9:30am from the Thermatech site situated at bib collection in the Hamilton City Library, Garden Place. There will be no merchandise for sale. All merchandise must be purchased online by Sunday 23rd January 2022.

Team Bib Collection

We will not be dropping off Team Bibs this year due to the requirement for us to site Vaccine Passes for each entrant.  The team captain can come and collect bibs for their entire team. However all 3 of the following requirements must be presented in order to collect any race Bib. These are:  Race Entry Confirmation, My Vaccine Pass and Photo ID must be shown for each Registered Participant that Bibs are collected for.
