Registration

Registration is where you come to collect your race number and timing chip. In order to collect these items, you will need to bring your e-ticket with you (either printed or on your phone) which was sent as part of your entry confirmation. Registration is compulsory for all entrants.

 

There are 3 registration times:

Wed 14th November Registration (recommended)

Time: 5.00pm - 7.00pm

Location: Hamilton City Hawks' riverside club room, Grantham Street (click here for map).

Sat 17th November Registration

Time: 10.00am - 2.00pm

Location: Hamilton City Council Reception, Garden Place, Hamilton CBD.

Race Day - Sun 18th November Registration

Time: 7.30am - 9.30am

Location: Hamilton City Council Reception, Garden Place, Hamilton CBD.

Get in early and avoid the weekend queues! There's also plenty of parking so come and see us on Wednesday night to collect your race number and timing chip. Don't forget to bring your E-ticket! Please be aware there is will be no collection of event merchandise available at Wednesday registration.

Event weekend Registration takes place within the Hamilton City Council Reception in Civic Square, Garden Place, Hamilton City Centre. There is no designated parking available for registration, but plenty of parking is available throughout Hamilton City Centre and the CBD.

All pre-purchased merchandise can be collected on Saturday 17th November 10.00am - 2.00pm or Sunday 18th November 7.30am - 9.30am from the Thermatech site situated at registration.
