Open to all ages. All participants between the ages of 0 - 9 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the event and the accompanying adult takes full responsibility for the safety of the entrant 9 years or under. Participants over the age of 10 can complete the course without an accompanying adult.

Note: All participants with a stroller will be required to start in the pink zone (irrelevant of estimated finish time).
Competitive runner and Runners will be required to enter their startzone from Victoria Street via Garden Place. All other 6km / 12km participants will be required to enter their start zone from Collingwood Street via Alexandra Street.

Course Summary

The Full 12km course starts from Victoria Street in the Central City and heads along the main road to the iconic Fairfield Bridge. Runners then follow River Road, through the beautiful Hamilton Gardens, and over  Cobham Bridge. The course continues along the river then back up to the finish line on Victoria Street.

Prizes

Two prestigious trophies are awarded to first-place finishers: The Allan Bloore & Donald Miller Trophy (male) and The Tinkler Shield (female). Merit prizes are also awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers.

12km Spark Corporate Challenge

The Spark Corporate Challenge offers the chance for colleagues and their families to come together and enter a team that represents the workplace. The fastest four team member's finish times are combined and measured to find a winning team. This team takes home the Spark Corporate Challenge Trophy (as well as bragging rights of being the fastest business at Lugton's Round the Bridges!).

Timing Results:

Following the event, your finish times will be published online via our timing provider MyTime. From here, you can view and sort finish times via event category, age group and more, In order to ensure that your recorded finish time is accurate, please ensure that your race bib is properly secured to the front of your chest and that you line up in the correct start zone selected during the online entry process.

Please note that whilst MyTime endeavour to have all finish time published immediately after the event, it can take a few hours for some results to display accurately.
